Here is the My truth.
Despite what my head was telling me, and what my opinions were, I have definitely been experiencing more authentic happiness and joy since I began following this guru’s practice. I wake up, and get things done with a great relief in stress. In fact, things have felt much easier and much more focused.
Today is my soul mate’s birthday and he happens to be my one and only sibling, by brother….one thing I do believe about soul mates, is that when we have a relationship with one, that person will inspire us to our greatness. And I can certainly say that is true about my brother…. my relationship with him has led me to ask some of the most important questions in my life. Like, how do I find my happiness, well being and health, even if we are not getting along?
….for those who want to lose weight fast, You must develop a loving relationship with the thin you, at your ideal weight and body. Even before you are thin. To become more financially successful, you must have a great relationshop with money. Even before you are rich.
Why did I wait so long to get help? Why did I forget that I don’t have to do everything all by myself? What a relief of stress not to do this alone anymore. Isn’t this what I encourage everyone else to do?
I was driving in my car and doing the Emotional Freedom-EFT, I know that sounds bizarre. But EFT is so easy to do, I squeak it in everywhere and anywhere. Anyway, as I was doing some EFT in the car, and thinking about my website drama. After a bit of EFT tapping, I began to feel a sense of relief of stress.
