Relief of Stress, Please!

I Need Relief of Stress, NOW!

I feel it in my entire body.  I know I want to feel better.  It’s easy to know that.  But I have no idea how to get the relief of stress I want!  I am at a loss!

So What Do We Do, When We Don’t Know What to Do?

We have all heard things like:  Keep an attitude positive.  Have motivation and gratitude.  Use affirmations.  Be positive.

Blah, blah, blah, blah.  When I am miserable, all those sayings and quotes are useless.  They do not answer my question. How to I feel better?  How to I get relief from the stress?

If you are really ready for some answers, then read on!

1)  Focus on Your Breath.

I force myself, as gently and kindly as possible, to slow down.  This intuitive process of feeling better will not come to me from a pressured mindset.  So I look to find,,, induce….. create….. as much of a natural calm as I can.  In a way, I am looking for some instant hypnosis.

The easiest way I have found to get my natural calm, or instant hypnosis, is to focus on my breath.  I, deliberately, focus on the in-and-out of my breath, for about 20 seconds. Without working at it, this naturally induces a feeling of ease.

I first learned this as a marathoner, running races.  One of my coaches taught me to take deep breaths when I was overworking in a race.  It was to help me get more oxygen, and to help my body relax, without having to stop running.

Try it some time.  You will see what I mean.

2) Observe your Emotions.

As I am focusing on my breath, I nonchalantly observe my emotions.  I do not analyze, interpret, or fix anything.  I am simply observing.

This is actually a profound way of being with ourselves.  We often overlook it.  We get so busy thinking about what to do, and problem solving, that we miss these crucial, easy steps.  And, this is how we will begin to receive answers.

3)  Get Clear on Your NO.

What I mean by this is, I let myself unravel, as clearly as possible, what I do not want.  I do not want to go to that function……  I do not want to go to work today and deal with my boss……  I do not want to go shopping with my spouse……  I do not want to spend my money on that gadget.  I do not want to clean up that mess…….  Whatever!

This is a crucial step.  Get clear on what you don’t want.  Get clear on what is upsetting you.

4) Get Clear on Your YES.

Now you must begin to think about what you want.  What outcome you want.  What goal you want.  What emotion you want to feel!  How it will feel as you get what you want.

All this breathing, observing, and noticing what you don’t want, will make it easier to begin to know what you do want. Remember, you do not know how to get it, yet.  However, you have turned the crucial corner.

You have stopped focusing on what you don’t want.  The Law of Attraction-Secret dictates that we ge what we are focused on with emotion.  So as long as you are focused on what you don’t want, you are going to get more of it.

5) Imagine Receiving Your YES.

Now it is time to allow in your authentic happiness.

This is the real work of having a great life.  You must imagine, before it arrives, and before you know how it will come, what it will be like to receive your YES.  This is also crucial to mastering The Law of Attraction-Secret.  Now you are a magnet for the answers to come to you.  As long as you are focused on the YES, and in this positive mind set, you are in the necessary place to receive the answers to your questions.

You now watch carefully for the clues that will come.  The clues will absolutely come.  As long as you focus on receiving them, you will get them.  The easiest, quickest way to receive the true essence of what you want, will become clear to you.  If you slip up and resume problem solving, you will feel stress again, and no longer receive the clues.

The Law of Attraction-Secret

According to the Law of Attraction-Secret, we get everything in life that we think about.  It is actually more accurate to say that whatever we focus on the most, with the most feeling, is what we will get in our lives.  This means that our feelings and emotions very much dictate the direction of our lives!

The Law of Attraction-Secret will not differentiate between an attitude positive, or an attitude that is negative.  In other words, if we think about life abundance, with feelings and emotions of great intensity, we will attract great wealth. If we think about the lack of money, with feelings and emotions of great intensity, we will attract stress and tension.

For this reason, we must know all about our feelings and emotions.  An attitude, positive, is essential to attract life abundance.  Living with Authentic Happiness depends on developing these skills!

So how do we change our attitude?  How do we self-induce love-thoughts?  How do we have positive feelings and emotions about beliefs the way we really want to? These are the questions that are essential to successfully master the Law of Attraction – Secret.

Most of us have a great deal of feelings and emotions about the things we don’t want or like, such as poverty, not enough money, wanting to lose weight fast, war, the economy, our jobs, etc. However, once we are clear on those negative feelings and emotions, and know what we don’t want, the crucial task is to develop an attitude that is positive, so that we can have feelings and emotions that are positive.

We only get what we want through positive thought. The Law of Attraction- Secret, will not do this refocusing for us.  We will either attract great wealth, using the Law of Attraction for money, success, and health.  OR, we will stay negative, and attract the opposite.

Why not become a master of the Law of Attraction- Secret.  Learn easy tools to develop attitudes-positive and love-thoughts.  Learn the Secret about feelings and emotions, and how to change your attitude.  Master an attitude positive.  Achieve your financial, career, & business breakthroughs.

Authentic Happiness

Can I achieve a higher level of authentic happiness?

Can I allow my own dreams to come true?  Sherry’s invitation to the world!

Blog with me as I attract my dream home.  How will the money come for my dream home?  How will the dream I have already promised my daughter unfold?

I have no idea.  But I do not make idle promises to my daughter.  So the dream house is coming, somehow.

What I intend for this blog, is share, with everyone, how my family gets the dream house.  How it unfolds.  I know I intend to let the Law of Attraction-Secret work for me.  And just so you know, I have no idea how that is going to happen, yet.  Not a clue.  I do not have the money, or the idea, or the plan.  But I do have the desire.

So how is this all going to work out?  Well I just don’t know.  But I love the idea of sharing it with you.

Why not come to my blog to see how it is all working.  What better way to learn the Law of Attraction-Secret, the technique of focus, and how to think positive, then to watch someone else doing it.  You may learn, or get inspired to attract your own dream come true.

I know this journey will bring intense healing-holistic.

This is because some hurt feelings must be in the way.  Some old limiting beliefs.  I know I will be using Emotional Freedom EFT, EMDR Therapy, Mind Hypnosis, and all my tricks to release any hurt feelings in the way.

And now that I have written this to the world, and I am committed to sharing it with the world, there is only one outcome that I expect.  My dream come true!  Of course!

Get Relief of Stress

Relief of Stress!

Nothing has changed with my website.  Getting lost in the muck of the company that has promised to build it.  Of course I already paid for it.

So what am I doing to help myself!

1)  I have totally stepped back.  I am focused on getting relief of stress, and feeling better.  I really want some authentic happiness. And the best way for me to stop stressing over this website was to stop working on it.  More is not better.

2) A wonderful thing has been happening.  Now that I am not working on the site, my creative juices are beginning to flow again. I have begun re-writing some of my mind-hypnosis recordings.  I am feeling really excited by them.  In fact, I love them. I think you will too.  (Once I can actually offer them to you on my website of course.)

3)  Perhaps because my mind is freer, I also got this awesome idea last night.  It was so exciting that I am up this morning at 6:00am, writing now, a few minutes before the rest of the house gets up.  So here is what I am going to do!  And it has nothing to do with fixing this website.

4)  It is time to move to my new, wonderful, expensive home.  I relocated this past summer, so that my daughter could go to the most amazing school in the world.  It is called the Jersey Shore Free School.  (See JerseyShoreFreeSchool.org)  Sudbury Schools are fantastic, alternative schools where kids are free to learn based on their passions and desires.  I was committed to sending my daughter to a Sudbury School, and then one opened up in NJ, just the year she needed it.  The Law of Attraction-Secret or what!

So we moved closer to the school.  Before we bought a house, we decided to rent, and get to know the area, so we currently live in a lovely townhouse.  But now it is feeling time for the the perfect location and home to to happen.  I am so certain that this will all happen, I have already told my daughter about our new home. And I do not mess with my daughter, ever!

The only complication with getting this new dream home, in this new dream location, is that it requires that I am already a millionaire.  While I absolutely intend to be a multi-millionaire, I am not one yet.

So how will it get there?  I do not know, but please read tomorrow’s blog entry.  Someone is getting up, and I have to go for now.

Repressed Anger

11/15/09  Computer Agony!  For anyone who can relate!

In my counseling service I offer healing for the relief of stress and other emotional distress.  I use my own, unique, healing-holistic approach, and it really seems to help people quite a bit.  I have also learned a number of easy tools to facilitate change and healing.

So where have I been going wrong because, I myself, feel like such a mess? I have not been able to get the relief I seem to facilitate for others so easily.  And I have been feeling anger, repressed anger, and mood swings of anger, all day!

I am not a computer expert.  And my own journey to get a website up and running has been anything but healing-holistic. In fact it has been awful.  It even seems like I have become that dysfunctional person of my own past.  How could this be?

For one thing, I have been trying, and trying, and trying!  Even though I know all too well, that trying is very far from accomplishing.  I still keep trying to get this website up and running.

And, all this trying is stressing me out!  Talk about stress and tension    !  Wow!  I have been spending hours, weeks, months, at this.  I feel like a train wreck.  I am angry, frustrated, exhausted, and feel stuck.  What’s up with me?
