Sherry Lynn is MBSR-T Certified, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – Teens

Mindfulness is a mental state of awareness that is achieved by focusing on the present moment.  To focus on the moment, you accept your feelings, both good and bad.  You notice your thoughts, both positive and negative.  And you notice your body sensations, both positive and negative. 

Of course, that is not as easy as it sounds.  Luckily we do not have to do it perfect for amazing results to manifest.  As a trained expert in MIndfulness, Sherry Lynn incorporates the Mindfulness  Concept into her therapy sessions with both adults and kids.  She also offers groups and workshops on Mindfulness for Teens and Adults.
