We all need more mindfulness…

Please don’t shoot the messenger!

I know you already know this but… the more screens you look at, the less mindful you will be.

Screens aren’t going away. But neither is our need for mindfulness.

Without more mindfulness, life tends to feel robotic and routine. Every day feels much the same. Our joyful moments are brief. And it feels like something is missing in life.

There’s a lot of thinking going on.

Almost all of this thinking is meaningless. Involuntary. Chatter. Who knew?

If we want to enjoy our lives, we’d better learn what to do with all this involuntary thinking.

This is why mindfulness is crucial.

You can learn to be nonjudgmental toward your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It is almost like as you think, feel, and experience, you also watch your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Don’t trust if your mind is telling you this will be hard. It’s really easy once you know how.

You can do this.

You are designed to become mindful. It is one of the distinctions that makes you human.

And as you become more mindful, you ignite a huge part of your brain. Life begins to feel much better.

A fantastic thing about mindfulness is that, once you start using it, even a little, it is as if you’ve turned on a light switch.

Once turned on, it never gets dark again, at least not completely.

It gets easier and easier.

Liberating… Mind-blowing… Life-changing…

It’s liberating to learn mindfulness. It’s mind-blowing to discover how easy it is.

Without mindfulness, you are missing your own life…
