A medium life just isn’t good enough!!
But ….. you need right tools to rise above autopilot and not just settle.
Without those tools you’ll stay stuck, frustrated, over-stressed, anxious, and depressed.
But a great life is not just for the lucky or the elite. It can be yours too, once you learn the right tools.
And that’s why you are in the right place if you want to express yourself authentically in life, in your relationships, your sexuality, your gender expression, your creativity, your career.
Luckily, you don’t have to go find those tools on your own. Because…….
I have spent decades gathering and honing just those tools. And it is my passion in life to share them with you in our work together.
In addition to my decades of clinical work as a private psychotherapist, Currently, I am in a PhD program for Clinical Sexology, and also immersed in an intensive Tantra Sex Coaching Program.
That means I have even deeper expertise to help you reach your fullest potentials.
Each session together will be expertly crafted to meet your specific needs. My emotional toolbox is large. This means our work together can go as far and wide as you need. Never cookie cutter.
A safe haven.

Fun Things About Me:
I don’t seek to be balanced, but to thrive in my passionate by nature.
As a psychotherapist and coach for over 20 years, I get to live my best life possible by watching you transform as you go out in the world using what we have learned together. I do not like to be bored, and this work is always thrilling!
I also practice what I preach, which means I use my own tools. This is great for you too, because it means that during our sessions, I am maintaining as elevated a focus as possible for you. This is some of why you may find our work together so very inspiring.
My life has been a windy path with many turns.
Yes, I am a psychotherapist and coach, but that doesn’t mean that I haven’t endured my own bumps along the way.
I struggled as ballet dancer for about 30 years, until I finally quit, never expecting to dance again. Ironically, What a surprise, but yes, I am dancing a bit again, and even performed in a few ballets. It’s more joyful than ever.
After quitting dance, I unexpectedly started jogging and fell in love with it. I joined a competitive racing team, trained like a fiend, and became a high-ranking competitive marathoner. Each time I won a trophy, I was even more surprised than the person behind me!
I still love to run and jog daily with my little dog.
Overall, my most important job has been becoming a mother. I love being a mommy!
Never say never… I recently re-discovered how much I love performing. Watch out world! I am now a lead singer in a not-serious rock band, am a not-serious actress, and study piano.
I am also a yoga teacher, but I prefer to take a class rather than teach one.
Before working as a psychotherapist, I had very ‘colorful’ career path, which really means it took me while to find my groove.
Some of my various work experiences include being an accountant and working as an auditor for a prestigious accounting firm; I was in sales; I owned and operated my own recruiting firm.
For sure, I come to your therapy sessions having seen a lot of the world from many different angles.
You are in good hands!
