Hypnosis

The paradox of hypnosis

Imagine relaxing so totally, so completely, you feel like you’re gently, gradually waking from the most rejuvenating nap possible.

Yet, while you were resting, you were actually hard at work, accomplishing wonderfully healing tasks.

That’s what it can be like when you use hypnosis in your therapy sessions.

Hypnotic trance feels a lot like sleep. But you are not sleeping at all!

It is actually an intensely focused experience.

In fact, your unconscious mind remains highly alert, the entire time!

Don’t worry – it’s not like the movies. You’re in control.

What is surprising about hypnosis is how in control you remain. It is not at all like what you’ve probably seen on screen.

It almost doesn’t make sense… But while you are very relaxed, in a sleep-like state, you are also highly focused and awake.

That’s what keeps hypnosis so safe.

You are always in charge.

I can never hypnotize you to do anything you don’t want to do.

Have you ever seen someone clucking like a chicken while hypnotized on stage? I have. That will only happen if the person has given their permission. They are not upset about what they are doing.

If you would find that too embarrassing, you just wouldn’t do it. It’s as simple as that.

Looking for answers? Why not chat directly with your unconscious!

Yet, because you are deliberately accessing your own unconscious, you can ask it very specific questions.

And you can do very deep work on all kinds of issues… anxiety, social situations, fears, addictions, and more.

Got a problem? Hypnosis can help.

Hypnosis can help get to issues and heal problems in a way that regular talk therapy never, ever could!

You can also use hypnosis to enhance your performance as an athlete, a musician, public speaking, and that’s just the beginning.

But will it work for me?

We can all be hypnotized to some extent because hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon. Often, we are in a mild trance while driving and watching movies. We get triggered into a trance during beautiful sunsets and out in nature.

But hypnosis is more powerful, because you’re doing it on purpose – with a specific goal in mind.

A small sample of what I have treated using hypnosis includes going over bridges, driving on a busy highway, flying on a plane, making a public speech, preparing for an interview, over eating, smoking, falling asleep, and panic attacks.

I have a musician who comes in regularly to enhance his performance.

I am a certified hypnotherapist. This means we can use Hypnosis as a great relaxation tool. It is a great way for High-Performers, Creatives, and Athletes to elevate your performance levels, get un-blocked, or practice hitting your mark.

I have used it to treat anxiety, depression, and to help solve all kinds of problems.
